I’m not at all sure that I would want to use this lamp as a desk light, as it isn’t dreadfully bright, and also isn’t directional. However, it’s a very attractive table light, which has the general appearance of a modern hurricane lamp, and will be wonderful for dining al fresco, at home or when camping. After months of being in a no burn situation in New Mexico last spring and summer due to draught and having a tremendous number of forest fires, so not being able to use any open flame, I particularly cherish having a lamp which will have the look without the danger. It will also make a great bedside lamp, as long as you’re not looking for one suited for reading.This is very easy to use, as you simply tap the screw on the side to turn it on or off, cycle between cool and warm lights, and hold your finger there to steplessly increase or decrease how bright you want the light. The metal cage can be detached for cleaning. Charging is accomplished via a ubiquitous USB-C port, for which you almost certainly don’t need a cord, but one is provided.There’s absolutely nothing about this lamp that I don’t like, and I look forward to getting a lot of use out of it.Thank you for reading my review.
