The product is good for identifying swing path and bottom of swing from the shape of the mark left on the mat. I use it for my short game ie chipping to assess if I am making ball then ground contact and it works fine. Best chipping training aid because the mark left on the mat doesn’t lie. Perhaps not suited to hard full swings but improving your chipping contact and controlling swing low point has direct benefit for full swing.

This works for what it is. I do notice a little wear on the black line and fabric after 25 shots but I’d say that’s fine as this isn’t a hitting mat, but to identify your divot location and direction.
