The Cooking Mat is made of 100% Food Grade Pure Silicone (no plastic fillers). It’s BPA free, Eco-Friendly, Non-Toxic, Odorless, Non-Stick, Non-Corrosive, Oven Safe, Microwave and Dishwasher Safe. Temperature Tolerance of -40 ℃ to 232 ℃ (-40 ℉ to 450 ℉).

Mat size is 11.5′ x 16′, however that is very flexible because this mat can be cut to suit whatever size you need. Just trim it down to fit in most baking pans, perfectly! When done, simply roll it up or fold it for easy storage.

The Non-Stick Cooking Mat also works well as a dish drying mat. To clean, simply wash it with soap and water or use a scrub brush to remove remaining fats and grease out of the mat if necessary.
